The owner and operator is an honest and trustworthy mechanic. He and his staff went above and beyond to help me diagnose and repair my engine troubles and get me back on the road at a cost that was more than fair. I highly recommend this shop to take your vehicle to, they will do you right.

My son and I were 4+ hours away from home, 6pm on a Friday evening, when our alternator went very bad on the highway. We called all around and finally found Jeff at Trinity. He dispatched John and Chris to our location promptly. The team at Trinity literally went the extra mile: John and Chris jump started our battery to follow them to the shop, and then helped us push our vehicle safely off the road when it died again. They transported us in their vehicle to purchase a new battery, installing it lickety-split in the rain, to get our vehicle to the shop. As we’d suspected, tests proved alternator needed, so they again drove us to an auto parts store 20 miles away that had the alternator in stock, before the parts store closed for the night. They began the alternator install that evening and worked late into the night. Once wrapped up, we paid a very reasonable hourly labor fee - They didn’t even charge for roadside assistance. My son and I truly enjoyed our interaction with John and Chris. Mr. Jeff Ghent is running an honest business. We are grateful they were there for us. 5 stars.

Broke down after 12 at night, Jeff took truck into his yard that night. Gave me a diagnosis the following morning, and made repairs. He also let me store truck there for 2 months for free until I was able to fly out from Vegas to pick up truck. Highly recommend ‼️

My driver had 2 tires blown- took the truck to this shop. After waiting 10 min for the guys to get oil in they seemed to have a time not knowing how to put the tire back on the rim of the truck. Today we pull out and not even 60 miles down the road- the same tired replaced blew on the highway. When asked to have the money refunded back for this tire so we would avoid waiting an 1 for him to get Tobias we took it to the next exit to LOVES for repair- the owner wanted to get unprofessional and argue.

I had service done on my trailer at this shop on Friday the 13th. They replaced the wheels, but just a few hundred miles later — almost all the bolts were ripped out while driving. My driver noticed the issue quickly and reacted fast, luckily avoiding a serious accident. But because of their careless work, we had to call roadside service, which cost us $1,200 out of pocket. After inspection, the damage was so bad that now we have to replace the entire axle — costing us another $4,000. This is absolutely unacceptable. In trucking, there’s no room for this kind of negligence. I trusted them with a simple job — and it turned into a major financial and operational loss. Avoid this place if you care about safety and your equipment.
